    ABOUT EMJ MARKETING GROUP

We Built EMJ Because Local Contractors Deserve Booked Business, Not Shiny PDFs.

Founded in 2026 in Bemidji, Minnesota, EMJ Marketing Group LLC builds connected growth systems for local service businesses and ambitious companies nationwide. We combine web design, local SEO, Google Maps rankings, instant text automation, and CRM lead tracking into one working customer acquisition system.

    OUR ORIGIN STORY

    Why We Started EMJ

Before starting EMJ Marketing Group, we watched hardworking local contractors, painters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, cleaners, and remodelers, spend thousands of dollars every month on "marketing agencies."

At the end of every month, those agencies handed over 30-page PDF reports full of impressions, clicks, and vanity stats. But when the business owners checked their bank accounts or estimate calendars, nothing had changed.

We realized local service businesses didn't need another generic creative agency or social media manager. They needed a practical system that solves real daily problems: missed calls while working on job sites, leads sitting unread in email inboxes, slow mobile websites, and zero automated Google review requests after finishing a job.

"So we built EMJ to bridge the gap between getting found on Google and turning that local search attention into booked, paid work."

    THE LEADERSHIP TEAM

Meet the People Who Will Build Your System.

When you hire EMJ, you work directly with our executive leadership team. Here is who you will be speaking with on calls, strategy sessions, and check-ins.

    ONE TEAM. THREE CONNECTED STRENGTHS.

Justin leads client relationships and communication. Ella leads growth strategy and implementation. Mak leads technology and systems. The roles are distinct, but the work is collaborative. Strategy, websites, automation, and delivery are developed together, not passed between isolated departments.

    Justin Rairdon
    Client Relationships & Growth Direction

    Justin Rairdon

    Chief Executive Officer
    Client Relationships & Growth Direction

Justin is EMJ’s primary client communicator and often the first person clients meet. He leads initial conversations, learns how each business operates, identifies its immediate needs, and keeps communication clear throughout the relationship. He helps turn client goals into a shared direction the entire EMJ team can build from.

“Strong marketing starts with understanding the business behind it. We listen first, communicate clearly, and make sure every solution is built around what the client actually needs.”
    Daily Focus:
Client discovery, relationship management, initial consultations, communication, business development, and strategic alignment.
    Ella Countryman
    Growth Strategy & Implementation

    Ella Countryman

    Chief Operating Officer
    Growth Strategy & Implementation

Ella leads growth planning, marketing strategy, and hands-on implementation. She sees how the individual pieces of a business connect, develops long-term strategies around its goals, and turns those strategies into systems that can actually be executed. She works closely with Mak on websites, campaigns, research, automation, and digital growth systems, with each bringing ideas that strengthen the other’s work.

“I don’t look at marketing as a collection of separate services. I look at the entire business, find what is limiting its growth, and build a strategy where every piece works together.”
    Daily Focus:
Long-term growth planning, market research, client strategy, website development, campaign building, system design, implementation, and performance improvement.
    Mak Witucki
    Web, Systems & Marketing Technology

    Mak Witucki

    Chief Technology Officer
    Web, Systems & Marketing Technology

Mak leads the technical side of EMJ while working closely with Ella to build websites, CRM systems, automations, digital experiences, and connected marketing infrastructure. Their work is highly collaborative: they exchange ideas, solve problems together, and combine strategy, design, and technology to create stronger solutions than either function could produce alone.

“The best technology should feel simple to the client, even when the system behind it is complex. We build tools that connect, automate, and make growth easier to manage.”
    Daily Focus:
Website development, CRM architecture, automation workflows, system integrations, technical problem-solving, performance optimization, and collaborative implementation.
    WHAT WE BELIEVE

    Our Agency Rules

How we treat our clients, our work, and local service business owners every day.

    01

    Plain English Always

We never hide behind marketing jargon. If we can't explain a strategy in plain language a business owner understands, we don't do it.

    02

    Speed to Lead Wins

In local services, the first business to respond almost always gets the job. We build systems that respond in 5 seconds flat.

    03

    Respect the Trade

You work hard on job sites. Our marketing technology is built to save you time and run in the background, not give you extra homework.

    04

    Full Lead Visibility

Every phone call, form fill, and text message is logged in your central CRM dashboard. You will always know your exact return on investment.
